Happy MOM!!!

My son Benji returned a call that I made to him this a.m. - all is well with him. He has to stay on post during the week, so he gets his rest - but weekends he is with Andrea and Trenton and loses sleep of course. He did try to get his ex- China to agree to let Lydia come to San Antonio on Wed with KT -but she told him no (just like she told me). The good news...... He re-inlisted for 4 more years and is chaning his job from to be a MEDIC - and beyond the initial training, he can get more that will be the equivalent as LPN/LVN and then could be going to school as RN and then go back into Army as Officer. His grandma (my mom) and aunt (sister Susan) are both RN's - they wil be so happy to hear about this. I know I am. He also listed Fort Hood, Fort Sam Houston , and Fort Polk (all to be closer to family in TX) after his training. He will train at Fort Sam Houston in Nov 2012.
