Obama is considering side stepping congress and allowing the federal gubmint to take over student loans. Under his plan, students will be able to repay only a fraction of the loan leaving the taxpayers to pay the rest. Nothing more than another feel good program that he hopes will bring him more votes on our dime.

And they say democrats don't buy votes.
