A soviet supply ship crashed the other day so they can't launch another until they figure out the problem and correct it. The U.S. can't fly because the shuttle program has ended. The U.S. has a Plan B, a new launch vehicle but it is years away. You know, when I trade a car, I make sure I got another to take home. I don't rely on others for a ride.
