Longshoremen storm Wash. state port, damage RR

Is this what the unions have become? Holding people against their will, destroying property? Sounds like days gone past. These union people act as goons at town hall meetings, protest in states that had to cut back. We haven't heard anything good from the unions but they still want our support? It's time for those folks to clean up their act. Oh, somebody needs to go to jail for those acts stated in the article.

Unions are getting completely out of control. My husband is a member of a union, for now. We were just discussing this morning that the AFL-CIO is just out of hand. The statement that Jimmy Hoffa made at the union meeting the other day was completely uncalled for. My husband wants out of the union, not because of the local part, but the national part...

The Judge admits he is essentially impotent as he issues a new order. Meanwhile a union leader says they will continue.
"Scott Mason, president of the ILWU Local 23 in Tacoma, said some of his members have joined in the Longview effort, but he doesn't believe they were involved in illegal activity. He blamed the company for provoking the response and warned that more activity could be coming.
"How long this fight has to go on is really in their court," he said."
