Some of us at work were talking about those old shows the other day. Shows like Gunsmoke, The Rifleman, and those you mentioned. I still laugh at the Beverly Hillbillies and Gilligans Island. Good fun.

Since I have been down with my leg I have reunited with some of the great old shows. Bonanza, In the Heat of the Night, and my old favorite I Love Lucy. Great entertainment, clean with a story to them. Now all we have are the killing, kidnapping, gory series. Hell, if I want to see that all I have to do is watch the news.

Carol Burnett was the stuff. They were all so funny. They would even make each other break character sometimes. The Gone with the wind skit was one of my favorites!!
